The three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation equipment is an incredibly efficient water treatment technology designed to swiftly and effectively remove harmful pollutants from water. Utilizing a unique three-dimensional electrode structure, the device significantly enhances the efficiency of the electrocatalytic reaction, enabling it to effectively decompose organic matter and other difficult-to-degrade pollutants, thus achieving deep water purification. Moreover, the equipment is incredibly easy to operate and boasts low operating costs, all while demonstrating exceptional environmental adaptability, making it suitable for various water quality conditions. Through its advanced electrochemical technology, the equipment not only vastly improves the speed and effectiveness of water treatment but also actively promotes sustainable development and helps companies achieve higher standards in environmental protection.
1. WHAT IS THREE-DIMENSIONAL ELECTROCATALYTIC OXIDATION EQUIPMENT?
The catalysts filled in the equipment serve as the working electrode, which is charged by an applied voltage and generates many hydroxyl radicals (· OH) on the working electrode through a series of reactions. · OH indiscriminately attacks toxic and harmful substances and difficult-to-degrade organic matter, converting them into easily degradable substances or directly mineralizing them into CO₂ and H20.
2. WHY CHOOSE 3D ELECTROCATALYTIC OXIDATION EQUIPMENT?
Good treatment effect: effectively removes COD, chromaticity, and heavy metals from high difficulty/high concentration organic wastewater, and improves biodegradability.
Wide applicability: Successfully applied to landfill leachate, chemical wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, pesticide wastewater, electroplating wastewater, and high salt wastewater.
Short treatment time: The generated active groups such as · 0H can oxidize organic matter in wastewater within 30 minutes, which has an effect that cannot be achieved by other treatment methods.
Low processing cost: 3D electrocatalytic oxidation technology has the characteristics of low processing cost, easy operation and maintenance, and modular assembly.
Small footprint: Based on a processing capacity of 50m3/d, the equipment occupies an area of approximately 3m2.
3. WORKING PROCESS
In the chemical polishing process of aluminum materials, strong inorganic acids (such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid) are commonly used to remove the surface layer of aluminum oxide, in order to reduce the impact on subsequent processes. As the concentration of aluminum ions dissolved in acid increases, the concentration of free acid also decreases. When the surface aluminum oxide is no longer fully removed, these waste acids containing high concentrations of aluminum ions need to be replaced.
Through independently developed waste acid recovery equipment, the acid and salt can be separated, and the separated acid can be reused in production. The obtained salt can be further processed into water purifiers or other by-products.
This technology fully realizes the resource utilization of aluminum polishing waste liquid, which is in line with national industrial policies.
