TH series hopper elevator is the replacement product of HL series hopper elevator. Compared with HL type, this type of elevator has the advantages of big capacity, high lifting height, stable and reliable operation, long life and so on. The main technical performance and parameters meet the relevant national and international standards.
TH series hopper elevator structure features:
(1) The hopper capacity is similar to the actual filling amount, and the running speed is increased, and the conveying capacity of the HL series hopper elevator with the same hopper width is nearly doubled.
(2) The upper and lower sprocket uses assembly structure, which can easily replace the rim and reduce the maintenance cost.
(3) The lower part uses a heavy hammer lever tensioning device, which can automatically and constantly maintain the tensioning force, avoid the chain hopper slipping or chain stripping, which is conducive to normal operation.
(4) The traction part is a high-strength ring chain, which has high tensile strength and wear resistance after heat treatment, so the service life is long.
Hopper type & loading and unloading method:
(1) The conveyor hopper has two series of hoppers: Zh series for mid-depth hopper, generally suitable for conveying wet, sticky materials, such as wet sand, moulding sand, fertilizer, alkali powder, clay and so on; Sh series is a deep hopper, which is generally used to transport dry and loose materials, such as crushed stone, coal, cement raw material, slag and cement.
(2) The hopper of this machine is a scoop type loading, mixing or gravity type unloading, suitable for conveying small pieces of powder with a stacking density of not more than 1.5t/m3 low precision materials, and the material temperature does not exceed 250℃. Note: The hopper capacity in the table is the volume when the hopper is filled with water, which is similar to the actual filling amount, so the filling coefficient ψ is not considered in the calculation of conveying amount. The ψ correction value should be obtained according to the material characteristics in the specific selection, and the ψ correction value can be used to calculate conveying amount.
