TD series hopper elevator is the replacement of D-series hopper elevator products, compared with D-series, with more specifications, big capacity, high lifting height, smooth operation, long life and other advantages. Its main performance and parameters meet the relevant international standards and foreign advanced standards.
TD series hopper elevator structure features:
(1) The conveying capacity is large, and the conveying capacity of TD series with the same hopper width is nearly doubled compared with D series.
(2) The traction part uses high-strength rubber belt, which has high tensile strength and long service life.
(3) Simple structure, easy installation, easy to adjust, repair and maintenance.
l Hopper type & loading and unloading method:
(1) This machine has four kinds of hoppers: Q series (shallow hopper) H series (arc bottom hopper) Zd series (mid-depth hopper) and Sd series (deep hopper), these hoppers are respectively suitable for conveying various materials. Users can choose the appropriate hopper according to the characteristics of the material.
(2) This elevator is centrifugal or mixed discharge, hollow-out charging, suitable for conveying the density of no more than 1.5t/m3 powder, granular, small pieces of low rubbed material, material temperature does not exceed 60℃. When using heat-resistant rubber belt, it does not exceed 200℃.

The ψ correction value should be obtained according to the material characteristics in the specific selection, and the ψ correction value can be used to calculate the conveying amount.
